The quality of this planner is great, and it’s aesthetically gorgeous! I’m absolutely loving it so far. This tracker is helping me tremendously stay organized with my health and wellness goals. I love that you can fill out months in advance, so you can be very intentional with your time that’s being prioritized to exercise/nutrition.

I love the cover design and color of this product. This Planner/Tracker is very comprehensive and includes health habits, measurement/health tracker, favorite health finds, healthy meals websites, take-out options, recipes, meal planner, grocery list, workout schedule, to-do list, and calories of common foods, etc. Overall, this product is designed well, sturdy, and durable. I gave it a 4 star rating because it contains numerous materials and would benefit from a color-coded inside. This would help differentiate the multiple sections within the Planner and make it even more appealing. I enjoy the colored stickers to track important health information and goals as well as the self-motivating phrases to keep the tracker going on their fitness journey! I plan to use the weekly meal plan, grocery list, to-do list, priorities, notes, and appointments pages in the near future!

This book is beautiful on the outside and beautifully organized on the inside. Fun motivating and organizing stickers to personalize your progress whether you’re just starting out on your health journey or picking back up where you left off. For the person who loves to touch and feel the pages, when writing intentions into reality. There are sections for you grocery list for meal prep as well as a recipe section. Monthly tracking and goal setting, this book has it all! Sturdy construction and binding with ribbon bookmark and banding for weekly priorities and scheduled workouts. This is helpful tool for day to day, week to week and month to month.

Great size, love the cover and quality, so much value for the price, love the added touches like the stickers and little pocket in the back of the book, I have enjoyed having all my health goals in one organized place. Easily portable to whatever exercise activity you have planned. Very well laid out and thought through, has a space for body composition stats and macro counting too, appreciate the organization and extra space for notes and favorite recipes/shopping lists etc. I’m happy about this purchase, would recommended. It’s helping me hit my goals!

I love my meal planner and fitness tracker notebook! The seafoam green is absolutely beautiful! The notebook is well constructed, and the material of the pages and cover feels like quality material. There is so much information you can write down each month to help someone keep track of their fitness and nutrition goals. It will be fun to add some scrapbook journaling word art/inspirational quotes/or whatever else I want to do in the sections that I don't use for their printed purposes. I do love the perforated pages to tear out my grocery list if needed. However, I think I might end up taking a cellphone picture of my grocery list so I can leave it intact in my beautiful notebook. I also like the 3 sticker sheets that are included. Overall, I am excited and looking forward to using this for the next several months.

Really lovely product! The book cover is nice and sturdy with a grippy hand feel, so it should wear well, and the embossing is elegantly done. It's a little heavy to tote around due to the sheer volume of the contents, but you have a suuuuuper comprehensive collection of materials on these pages! Weekly meal planners and fitness tracking, yes - but also places to log grocery lists, recipes, favorite healthy take out options, as well as monthy weight loss recording. If you're someone who feels like old-school style data entry with pen & paper can really connect you to the material and keep you more accountable, then this planner is for you!
