at first, i really liked this thermos. it’s a good size, easy to clean, and i like that it comes with a spoon. however, i finally got the chance to take soup to work and i heated it up before leaving at 8:30 am. by the time lunch came around at 12:00pm, it was cold. i feel a little misled because it says it should stay hot for up to 8 hours… now i’m eating cold soup :(

I really like this thermo! It's the perfect size for meals on the go. It's leak proof and able to keep the contents inside either warm or cold, very well insulated. It's thick and very durable; even perfect for the outdoors for hiking or camping. The design is sleek and functional, every part maximizing use without doing too much. They're also very easy to clean. As someone that used "leak-proof" bento boxes for soups, this is a major upgrade that keeps my lunches both warm and tightly secured! I am very happy with the product.

This is a nice size for bringing soup or maybe pasta with you. It keeps the contents nice and warm, though I wouldn't count on anything to be piping hot 5 hours later. It still keeps things at a good heat level though. As others have said, the spoon is definitely lacking. If they're going to include a spoon it doesn't make sense to include one that's practically flat. So while the food container does a good job make sure you bring your own utensil to eat with. The included spoon is good to have in a pinch though, better than nothing.

Great looking perfect size for the lunch bags. Does not leak at all and the color is perfect. The cup is snug and the metal spoon is a good Idea but i recommend a plastic or wooden spoon better. The metal spoon does get extremely hot where we actually burned our tongue and hand from holding it.Other than that this can keep your soup hot all day and night. Perfect for long drives and camping also.

Wide Mouth Thermo Container. Brand: GRANDTIES. Yes, it is a grand container, in multiple colors and reporting vacuum insulation. The reviews are pouring in with an unheard of 4.9 out of 5 rating. I agree it is that good. See their tip at the end and in my photos.What else do you need? And what could make it better is my way to approach 5 star vs 4 star reviews. What might annoy a percentage of the public?I do have one thing. The spoon is nestled in its “custom made” carry space with plenty of room left over, so why not make it appropriately sized for up to 20 oz of food and adult use? Since the handle folds over the top, no change is needed there. The spoon can be deeper and/or wider, and the space can be made to accommodate that. Easy peasy. (Easy peasy & carrotsy? Both peas and carrots would roll out of this spoon!) And so... the dish would not run away with THIS spoon!It is really a great product. But I have to say a spoon deeper than an 1/8”, or a piece of cardboard, is needed for five stars. 4 Star Review.Tip: Before use for hot food, add hot tap water and let it heat up.
