My son tends to take an extra pair of shoes to play in during P.E so it was a hassle keeping his backpack clean. This backpack has a compartment for his shoes and is big enough to hold his school stuff and some. It seems pretty sturdy and durable. Great backpack overall for a middle school kid.

We have bought lots of different basketball bags and this us our favorite especially at this price point. Love the easy access to the ball and the side pockets for shoes. Ordered a second one for my other kiddo.
