This comforter is fairly lightweight but warm. I like that because it will be easier to wash in my machine.I bought two as my dogs sleep on a twin next to our bed.I am pleased with this purchase.

This is my first Greenland throw that is pilling.. I LOVED it but I have washed it 1 time (as soon as I got it) and that was 3 days ago; and it is already showing signs of pilling. :-(

Update on 8/1/24 - The quilt & shams washes up wonderfully. I have washed the set on cold temperature, delicate cycle, then dried on medium heat. There is no additional piling, beyond what was there before washing. The only thing I would ask is that quilt came larger, perhaps an an oversized king of 125 in x 110 in.I just received it and made up our bed. I like the light weight and softness of the trim. We enjoy the muted colors, birds, peacocks and floral pattern. I haven’t washed it yet so I’m hoping not to experience the pilling issues others encountered. I’ll let you know if it happens.

The pillow shams are nice and can be matched with white, turquoise, blue. They look as they do on the website and are reasonably priced.

They’re pretty, but no 2 are cut from the same “pattern”. The main peacock is in a different place on every one. I ordered 6 of them and every one was different. If you want something that matches, keep looking. That obviously cannot be done with this design.

Stunning! I've purchased bedding in the past from Greenland Home, so I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Beautiful tapestry of peacocks and flowers on a blue/green muted background. the velvet trim isn't that cheap fake shiny velour stuff, and the blue quilted backing is soft not stiff. It's very light and totally machine washable. The king shams - you'll need king sized pillows for them. One review mentioned the throw was stiff, but the king quilt set is so soft. Another review mentioned poor quality and faded - not at all - it appears as a vintage fabric, not faded. A really great buy!

This is a gorgeous quilt set. It has a cotton top and blue velvet rim. It was warmer than I thought it would be, which was a nice surprise. It matched my decor very well. Quality is exceptional. I am so pleased to have it.

We have washed this item only twice, and there are little blue fuzz balls all over the backside of it. They will not come off without being handpicked. We have tried shipping, tape, lint rollers, and everything else I would not buy this product based on this situation.
