Saw works great.Safety button is a pain.No blower.Cuts well.Miter lever keeps loosening up.Trigger button broke within 2 weeks, no parts available online. Not going to bring it in to a repair center. Should be available. Won't bother buying again.

The quick release chuck on my jigsaw broke and after trying to fix it, well I couldn’t. Springs and pieces shot everywhere. This also has a quick release. Needless to say I’m not a fan. I can tighten the blade on and want reliability over blade change speed. The blades on this are different and my collection of blades do not fit. Zoom in to check that out. I’ve used it on one project and it worked great plus no more cords or extension cords 🥳

This saw is extremely convenient and easy to use. It has a dust port for a vacuum that works well keeping the sawdust away from the blade so you can see the cut line. Beware, when the battery is discharged, the illumination light may come on and the motor starts then dies. Remember to check the charge level. The battery has a test button and will show 0 to 3 green bars indicating charge level. Greenworks tech support is super efficient and helpful.

I have been using a hand-me-down corded Black & Decker from the 70's which is still working, but I recently decided to upgrade all my tools to cordless. I had not realized that jigsaws have evolved a bit over the years. This one cut through quarter inch plywood like it was butter. Changing the blade was easy, tool-less, and the blade support is a big improvement over previous generation jigsaws. I am very happy with my purchase so far.
