I bought this guitar through Adorama, with Cyber week price special. Absolutely no complaints! The color is a little bit obscure. In direct sunlight, I would call it a fine mist metallic rusty red. It's actually pretty cool. This color is really growing on me. The neck, sides and back are an awesome mahogany with a transparent stain that is similar color tone to the top with a high gloss finish. Beautiful wood grain. The finish is flawless. Chrome hardware is nice quality. Sounds great, not so much a Filtertron sound, between a PAF Humbucker and a Filtertron. Still has a Gretsch tone. Set up well, just had to tune it. Overall quality of these Chinese made Electromatic Gretsch guitars is Excellent!

名前は確かにGRETSCHです。しかしエレクトロマチックシリーズは中華製で、やはり安いだけの理由は随所に見られます。自分の場合は買って1ヶ月で、PUセレクターが故障しました。自分でPUセレクター付け替えたので、気になる故障は一旦解消されました。そういうのも込みで楽しめる方は、求めるべきかと思います。自分は故障部分探したり、簡単なリペア等は楽しんで出来るので苦ではありません。そういった煩わしさが嫌な方は高くとも本家本元を購入する方が良いと思います。
