I have a blackstone flat top and this works great for cleaning it up between uses. I usually have to use two sponges depending on the job I was doing.

Will not work on my Pitt Boss grill. Pads fall apart and leave plastic on the grate.

I used to use a wire scraper to clean my grill, but I was always afraid of the small pieces of metal it would leave behind. This does a nice job of cleaning and I no longer have to worry about stray metal getting in my food. Just remember to let the grill cool down before using! Easy to use and effective.

I recently upgraded to a flattop grill this year and cleaning it afterward is always an adventure since I try to clean it before it cools down too much because it's easier to get clean that way. Now that I have griddle pads with a cleaning handle it makes things much smoother. After a quick scrape, toss this on there for a good scrub down without worry about burning my fingers. It's so much nicer. The pads are easy to apply and swap out. I'm still using the same pad after several uses. I'm not quite sure how long each pad should be used for, but the first one is still going strong. I'm glad to own this little set for my grill.
