Okay, I’ll be honest—I didn’t think a griddle could make this much of a difference, but WOW. The dual handles? Genius. No more awkwardly shuffling hot pans out of the oven—I can grab it safely even with my clunky oven mitts. The ceramic coating is chef’s kiss—my cookies slide right off, and cleanup takes seconds (seriously, just a quick wipe!). I’ve used it for everything: crispy roasted veggies, gooey cookies, even frozen pizzas, and it still looks flawless after months. No warping, no stains, just pure reliability.

I’ve been really happy with this ceramic-coated griddle. The nonstick surface makes cooking and cleanup so much easier compared to traditional cast iron. Food doesn’t stick, and I can just wipe it down after use. The dual handles are a great feature—they make it easy to move around, even when hot. The material feels high quality and heats evenly, which is perfect for grilling or cooking on the stovetop. Definitely a great addition to my kitchen, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

When I see cast iron products made for a grill, I'm expecting a real baked-on ceramic or porcelain coating that stands up to grill utensils. Unfortunately, it seems that this griddle is not made with the baked-on variety of or durable ceramic used in cast iron crocks, dutch ovens, etc. made by the likes of Staub, Tramontina, or Le Creuset. It's more along the lines of the thin, cheap, non-stick ceramic you get on aluminum pans. The instructions clearly state to be careful with the coating and to not use anything sharp, because it is "relatively thin". Not a good solution for a grill if you ask me. I've only used this once at this point, and the performance seemed fine. I've only taken off one star for the thin coating. I'll update this review again once I've used it some more.
