Designed by us here at Grizzly, these new re-saw fences are an upgrade to the standard fences and allow users to alternate between a taller and shorter fence within seconds. The removable extruded re-saw fence allows you to lower the blade guides closer to the shorter fence for doing normal work. These fences can be purchased as a retrofit kit for existing Grizzly bandsaws as well as a complete fence system for just about any brand of saw with proper table dimensions. Patent Pending. This is a complete fence system for folks that want to completely replace their existing (or non-existent) fences for their bandsaws. Measure the front to back depth of your bandsaw table and use that measurement as a guide to choose the model below. Fits bandsaws with a 14-Inch deep table (from front to back). For G0555/G0580/G0457.

Used on a non-Grizzly band saw and it works well

Missing most of the fasteners, so was useless. Also, cheap aluminum product.

Similar issues to Jet and others, not seeing how those fixes are going to work here. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying for Delta 28-400.

It was too short for my Jet. 14” bandsaw. I had to make a small extension so the tail end would rest on rail. Other than that, the front and rear rail bolted right up to existing holes on my Jet. Works great.

I really liked the fence system on the Grizzly 17" bandsaw I used at work. After researching the current options, I didn't see anything I liked better, and so decided to give the Grizzly a try, even though my bandsaw is an older, Powermatic 14" model. I had hoped that I would be able to use the existing drilled and tapped holes in the bed of my saw, but they were too high, so I drilled and tapped new holes. I also drilled and tapped holes in the back side of the table for the tail support, which is necessary if you want to use the fence between the table edge and the column. The fence was about an inch short of what was needed with my saw, so I fabricated an extension to hold the support and drilled and tapped holes in the end of the fence for it. The system works like a charm. It is solid and accurate and sure beats fooling around with clamp-on guides. It is hard for me to believe that any other fence could work better or be better made. The only criticism is that it came with a parts list, but no instructions, but then if you can't figure out how to mount this, you probably should not be using power tools.

This fence is BA. Aluminum rails and the fence is cast iron. Very very quality stuff. Feels heavy and slides well…. As well as actually being very accurate. Square out of the box.5 star rating for quality and precision. Easy to assembly and easy to use. If your like me and are looking to see if this works on a Jet Saw then read what I had to do below. Hope it helps.I was apprehensive about purchasing since this is obviously made for Grizzly saws, but I’ve owned both Griz and Jet bandsaws and knew they were basically the same saw and I’m sure you’ll notice the Jet version of this fence is considerably more expensive. The difference between the Jet table and the Grizzly is 1”. The Griz table is 1” smaller (infeed to out feed) in length than my current Jet (jws-14cs). Some guys have reviewed that it plugged and played on their Jet saws, but on mine I was just an inch short for the fence bumper to ride on the outfeed side rail. It can slide on the table top if someone didn’t care, but to be helpful and explain what I did continue reading. I cut an old miter slot gauge and screwed it into the fence (the screw on the bumper is an M6 so you’ll need another one), then attached the bumper 1” further away, on my cut miter slot gauge so that it would slide on the rail evenly. I’m using a lot of words to say, This is easily fixable and still very very usable. Could be better or equal to my more expensive fences.

I purchased this for me g1019 grizzly band saw. While it's not made for this model, it for will after I tapped holes in the cast iron table for the bolts. I was meticulous with this and it fit PERFECTLY. Had to be a little more careful with the back side holes bc there's a little less play in the bracket.Anyway. Works like a dream. Easy to use, fast, accurate. Unwaivering.I also took the liberty to same and polish the 30 year old table for effect (and bc it came second hand and looked like hell).

The fence is great, the only issue is that the attaching hardware provided was too short and I had to go out and buy longer screws. Not a major problem , but an annoyance when they are charging you a good price for the fence and they cut corners to save 5 cents on the attaching hardware and they end up making their provided bolts useless. If not for the useless attaching hardware it would have gotten 5 stars.

Good product for the most part. Just not very happy about how it moves. The fence does not move very easily along its tracks.

The fence was slightly high for my bandsaw so I added a 2" block up to the blade which helped me guide my wood through the rip.

I have he limited 14 " Grizzly Bandsaw. Spotted a used (new) re-saw fence for a reasonable price. Delivery was right on. I have installed it but there were no instructions on how to tune it. I needed to add some lubricant to the rail. Very simple upgrade. I have yet to cut wood wit it but very more robust vs the standard. Too soon to recommend but the amazon transaction went without a hitch.I have used it now for some time. It works very well but I find it does not slide easily.
