Does not ground as advertised. Using a multimeter i measured continuity on the sheet itself, which was fine. I then measured continuity from one end of the cable that comes with the sheet to the other end and there was no continuity. Of course this means when the cable is connected to the sheet and to the outlet there is no earth ground. Maybe I just received a bad cable but either way the sheet doesn't work.
