These look and feel like good quality boots, but we didn't really get the chance to put them to the test. My child wears size 12 to 13, and we ordered the 13. He was unable to squeeze his foot through the top into the boot. He does have a high instep, though.

These are good rain boots, but they are short, so they won't be good at keeping water out if you're running through puddles. But if you just need something to keep feet dry when walking through wet areas, these will work. The low cut is also nice if you're wearing jeans or something where it's not easy to get pants over the boots.
