This being the first review for the product, I will try to cover all concerns. As you know there are no product photos that show the connecting tubes/mixing manifold so I contacted the seller who assured me the tubes are SS and upon receiving this I confirmed everything is solid stainless steel except the thin back plate/trim piece.I have always had issues with plastic plumbing fixtures because I'm a full timer who uses them daily. I have replaced the fixture in my park model twice so I wanted this to be the last time. I also noticed that when you pull the diverter button to switch from tub spout to shower head there is a pressure jolt to the pipes which can cause leaks over time so I decided I never use the tub for a bath and the tub nozzle isn't really needed so your in-wall pipe that leads up to the shower head fixture above is enough. I use a nice telephone type shower extension that can be lowered to just fill the tub or a bucket. The middle knob means you can leave the H/C valves where you like them and just turn the smooth working middle knob to start your shower with the right mix.Consider this new product worth the money to upgrade your old plastic faucet. I wish it was available ten years ago! I prefer the brushed SS finish because that does not show water spots but his will be easy enough to clean the soap scum off of and get a like new shine.The included seals and rings are nicer than you usually get with plastic RV fixtures and the threaded back ring retainers for the three nipples are also SS with set screws so you can tighten a screw and be assured the fixture will always be clamped tight. I skipped the set screw tightening since I don't tow my home anywhere. You can tighten this fixture much tighter than you can with a delicate plastic fixture. It will never work loose.They include extra washers and an Allen wrench to access them. The washers are not some weird type you can only get in an RV supply store which tend to wear out fast.This is definitely worth the extra money to get a solid reliable fixture. It comes with extra washers which are accessed by prying off a small chromed screw cover, that lets you use the Allen wrench included to remove the valve handles.This thing feels solid and the action of the knobs is very smooth like high end plumbing fixtures. It fills a need for upgrading your shower with a better fixture.
