Q²M Prep is a great degreaser on all surfaces, not only paint. Use it on all elements requiring a perfect, streak-free, and ready-to-coat finish.
TIP: The microfiber towel used in the Prep process is just as important as using the proper product. You want new and highly absorbent towels to absorb the dissolved oils and lift them from the paint's surface. If the towels are old and aren’t absorbing, you’ll end up pushing the oils around the paint and not effectively removing them. Change towels often and use plenty of Prep on the surface.

I used this spray to prep a vehicle for ceramic coating and did a fantastic job of removing old residue and chemicals. It did a fantastic job of prepping the surface. It works great on windows too.

I recently purchased a Lexus SUV in dark blue this past April. My vehicle is not ceramic coated, and I don’t plan to get it coated. I use a lot of ceramic spray on waxes and spray on sealants, but I seen that I was getting a little buildup. I have several other products from Gyeon all great all 5 stars and this product is no exception. I make sure my vehicle is clean dry and out of the sun, I spray on a liberal amount, let stand for just a few seconds then wipe clean with a microfiber cloth. It makes my paint super clean and it smells great too. The reason why I use it is because now I can “start fresh” knowing my vehicle is clean and has no more buildup of previous waxes and sealants. Little expensive but still a great product.

This as the name suggests gets the car paintwork ready for a final finish. If you doing a ceramic or wax Finnish this prep gets the surface ready. None better.

This surface prep is probably one of the best I have ever used. It's absolutely better than chemical guys. The thing that I dislike the most is the price. This is very very very expensive, but for the quality of the product, it's well worth it. Every time I use the product and depress the spray nozzle, it hurts me a little inside, haha.However, if you want to be sure your surface is prepped and cleaned before using adhesion promoter, putting on a ceramic coat, PPF, or anytime you are doing anything to your vehicle surface or any surface in general, this product will absolutely ensure it is clean, free of contaminants, and ready for whatever application you are trying to perform. Spend the extra money for this surface prep and save yourself headaches down the road. This is a premium product and it ensures you get the job done right.

Seems to do a nice job of removing polishing residue and old wax/sealants from the paint, but again so does the alternative of alcohol and water. The product smells nice, has a great presentation, and nice sprayer (same the one Car Pro uses). It only takes a few sprays to wipe down a panel. It doesn't necessarily make removing polish from a panel easier. But after wiping with a towel and spraying this on the panel you have a tactile sense that the panel was cleaned. I also find that spraying this on after wiping off the polish is the most economical way of using it. If you are willing to spend the 15 bucks it is definitely an improvement over IPA, but not a massive one by any stretch. I do think if you are applying Coating this is must. Even if you are just using wax, spraying this on and cleaning the panel seems to extend LSP durability and mitigates any concerns over product compatibility.
