The swing is more than I expected. It was easy to asemble, no parts missing, and extremely comfortable.I ordered another cushion just in case thg cushions that came with it were too thin but the cusions, much to my surprise, are thick and sufficient; therrefore, I returned the extra cushion. The swing is well worth the cost. I purchased the dark grey and is very rich looking. I recommend to order the swing cover which will protect the swing from the elements. A cover is simple to covedr and has a zipper which allows you to use the swing when covered. Great buy with everything. I am happy that I chose this swing.

I'm quite pleased with how sturdy it is despite the fact that I can, if needed, reposition it without help. I'm not sure I love the cushions (they're flimsy and don't have very comfortable materials). I've already replaced the throw pillows with something nicer. Most importantly, the base of the thing is excellent and the accessories can be easily switched out. I really like the coverage and toughness of the canopy, and can't wait to sit out in the rain this fall.Assembly mostly went smoothly. I found the instructions easy to UNDERSTAND, however, one of the side tray pieces just did. not. line. up. Just didn't. Only on one side. So out of the four sides of the tray pieces, just one of them didn't line up on the holes. Like, at all. So I've got one side completely unsecured, but it seems the other side compensates just fine, and fortunately this is not a structural piece whatsoever.

Solid, easy to adjust comes with only two tools - all that's needed. About only problem is that the cushions can slip out under the armrest (a grid is needed). Very happy with it; a good deal.

This swing is awesome. Any negative feedback is simply people who can’t put puzzles together. The directions aren’t detailed but if you’re reasonably intelligent you’ll figure it out. Took a bout two hours, but it’s worth it. Sturdy and comfortable. Pretty simple and beautiful

When I purchased this item the extended details noted a larger weight capacity of 1000lbs not 660lbs. This wording has been changed since my complaint. That is fantastic for everyone else, but I am still left with a product I would not have purchased had it not stated it held 1000lbs. This increased weight capacity is solely why I made the purchase. Upon receiving the product and putting it together (5.5hours) it did not seem that sturdy, which is why I inquired with the seller to confirm. They apologized for the false advertising and took the wording down. Instead of offering to pay for the return, they said I had to pay shipping to return the item. Unfortunately, this is large and heavy and that would be pricey, which im sure they are aware of. To settle I tried several times to simply ask for a refund of the difference of what the product was being sold for now on sale with a coupon, just about a month after purchase. They refused and stated the best they could do was $40 refund, and never addressed their false advertising. This was after several exchanges with their customer service, which is messaging only, no phone contact. I'm sure the swing is fine for many people, but my hope is to warn others of the poor operations of this seller, and hope you choose a different swing to purchase.

It's lightweight for me to adjust its location on my deck but sturdy enough to handle the wind and hail storms that we've had. I'm somewhat large and I fit very comfortable with a friend.There was a problem with a part being cracked. I contacted the seller who offered me a replacement part or some credit put back. I enjoyed having a choice. The seller's emails were professional and kind. I received the replacement part very quickly.
