I am very much a visual person, and I prefer pen and paper to digital for lists, etc. This little habit tracker calendar is fantastic, and I'm so excited to start using it! I just built a workout room in my basement, and this is going to be hung up in there to help me get back on track for a healthier life. It's printed very clearly and looks great, and I think it's going to be a huge help. It's such a great idea for visual people like myself, and I most definitely recommend it!

This habit tracker is worth the money. While I could use an app like Notion, having a physical tracker on my desk is a great constant reminder. The paper is thick and of good quality. However, it feels a bit pricey for just 12 pages, as one could easily make this themselves. Additionally, it doesn’t necessarily need to be A4 size; a smaller version could be just as effective.

I'm a sucker for a habit tracker. This one is straightforward and easy to use. The idea is that if you have a chain going you're less likely to break the chain and therefore the habit. I think it's true.I like to sit down at the end of the night and check off my list. It's very satisfying.This one is at a good price and a good quality. It would be great for kids and teens, too.

I found the helpful tips pages good. Page one is just a list of tips and then the second page has some examples of some goals. The color on mine did not seem faded at all. Something like this if used consistently (even if you don't always bubble in something for the day) can really keep accountability for one's self which was always my issue. I use mine to ensure i'm drinking enough water and getting enough steps.

I really like this. It helps me track various forms of self care, so I can see how I really did that month.What I do is, I track self care things such as different exercises, family time, meditation, journaling, sleeping early, eating a healthy breakfast, etc.I also track negative habits. This allows me to have a better understanding of how my month went when I look back at it, so that I can objectively see what improvements need to be made and where I am excelling.
