Snow shield right out the box. This cover is amazing because not only will it keep the snow and ice off the windshield it covers the whole top of the car, including the side and rear windows. For me, who's on the short side of life this allows me to clear the top of the car with one pull. That alone gets 5 🌟 because I wasn't able to do that before. Honda Crv/ dodge journey fits perfectly.The products build quality is top notch with its lightweight but strong material all the way to the straps. We had some crazy wind/snow storm and this one stayed attached doing it job throughout the season. They use plastic hooks some people like them some don't for me I like them because less chance of a scratch. The strap material let's you pull stretch to get them in the right position locking the cover down.Removal is easy as we unhook the front hooks and pull towards the rear in one motion. Update: I'm knocking off another star. While this cover is functional so far, one of the hooks already broke because it got brittle in cold weather.Original review:My last car cover gave out after less than a week due to strong winds whipping it around and proving the magnets couldn't hold it. I got this one because the use of hooks seemed like a more robust solution.The first thing that caught my eye wasn't a good thing: the sewing is messy with loose threads and messy stitching. The next thing I noticed are the hooks - they are not metal with a plastic coating, but simply plastic. I worry that when I have another round of strong winds, these hooks may snap - time will tell.Affixing it to a car takes some creativity. the front is easy enough to get hooked on the wheels. As you move back, there are three more pairs of hooks that need to be placed at various places to hold the cover down. For the two middle sets, I chose to hook on to the bottom of the doors. The back hooks, if fastened straight down on a compact or midsize sedan, will likely not pull the fabric taut. As a result, I had to wrap the elastic around the mudflaps before coming back around to hook on the wheels.I'm reserving final judgement on this cover for when we have some windy weather. I've been let down before and I'm skeptical this time around. I'm not impressed by the overall quality of it initially, but it has a chance to redeem itself.

Would totally recommend A huge help with cleaning off the car during the winter time. Very sturdy and secure the straps wrap around the rims or underneath the car. In the morning, all you have to do is unlatch and shake off the cover and fold it away.

Only used twice and one of the straps wrapped in the tire wheel snapped and broke. Straps are super flimsy

It’s real big. It covered my car and then some but it’s great to just peel it off your car and there’s no snow or ice.another thing is how do you fold it. I have mine in a big trash bag and it takes up slot of room.

It's snowy season where I live, and that means scraping windows to go to work way too early in the AM. I will also note that my rear defrost only works on a couple small areas lol so I can't just use that. This cover has solved all my problems. Well. Almost. I was using two separate covers, one for the front and the back. It was time consuming. It was a hassle. I actually quit doing it and said forget it, id rather scrape. Plus then I don't have to worry about where I'm gonna put two covers when not in use. Then I discovered this one. It's great. Its pretty thick. Durable. Easy to put on. Just as easy to take off. My only problem is what to do with it when I'm not using it since it gets my trunk all wet. But that's a tiny issue. This thing keeps both front and back windows clean and clear. AND the top of the car which is a bonus because with the two separate ones the top would still have snow that would then fall and block the back window if I forgot to brush it off. This also covers the mirrors. It looks great, and is well worth the price, in my opinion.

This item has been with me for a very short time.I ordered the TUDEAO Car Half Cover because I was tired of dealing with dirt & bird poop on my windshield every morning. I park my car outside and it collects a lot of dust and leaves. Got this to cover half the car, the full car cover is a real pain to put on and take off. I ordered the one for the SUV and this covers the full top of my 1999 Honda CR-V. Reason for knocking off one star is that is fairly thin. Not sure how long it will last. Since I live in Southern California, I do not need to worry about snow and this cover works just as well for dust and debris.
