I was very confused about this product. The description indicated the gloves were for children. The sizing selection indicated they were for adults. I ordered a medium set of gloves, because I wanted a bit of protection for the weights at the gym. I ordered a medium, and I was glad I did. These truly are children's cloves, not adult's. Luckily, I have small hands and I was able to squeeze my hand into the gloves. They do the job. There is not a lot of padding, but enough to protect the palms of my hand. They have the easy-off tabs to make taking off easy. I didn't ding the stars because of the description indicating these were for adults, I dinged it because of the lack of padding. Children are hard on their hands and knees, or at least I was, so the padding should be thicker. However, at the price point, these are a pretty good value, in spite of the thin padding.

These keep the insides of my hands warm when I am lifting weights. They fit perfectly. True to size. My favorite color is pink so these are perfect.
