I waited to leave a review until after I washed it a couple of times. It is a lighter material, so it’ll be great for summertime. My 9 year old has some sensory issues and really struggles with clothing in particular. She loves how soft this set is and keeps trying to wear the outfit outside, even though we are still in the 30s (°F) as our highs. She says it’s very comfortable and is trying to get me to buy multiple colors, apparently it’s a hit with her. The shorts are a bit short, I had to remind her to keep her legs down, since I could see her underwear, but I think it doesn’t help that she likes to hike the shorts way up (her personal preference) and even she acknowledged that she pulled them up too high.The washing quality seems like it’ll last several washes. The color is accurate to the stock photo. If you’re looking for a soft matching outfit for your daughter, this is a cute set.

This is a good summer staple for a girl's wardrobe. It is made by the Haloumoning company; I've had good experience with them in the past. This set consists of an oversized T-shirt and shorts with a drawstring waistline. The set is made of 61% polyester, 33% viscose, 6% elastane which can be machine washed and tumble dried on low. The pieces are cut marginally long but otherwise fit to size. The shorts have pockets on each side. I ordered the set in black, the advantage being that both items can be worn together OR as separates with something else.I will be donating this set to a local nonprofit that provides a week's worth of clothing to kids referred to them by the school counselor. I predict that this set will not last long on their shelves.

requested size 7-8 for my thin and taller than the typical 8 year old granddaughter. She is in to greys and blues now - so we got this in the grey colorway - she likes it. It is a thin and soft type fabric so will be good for summer heat. I would say this runs true to size for your typical 7 year old. I personally would of liked for the shirt to be a little bit longer, as she is tall and lanky, so when she raises her arms, her belly shows.. The waste fits great though in the pants. I would imagine for the average 7 year old this to be the right length. But if you've got a tall one or 8 years old go up a size.

This is a great two piece set for summertime! Our daughter says it is very comfortable and loves the drawstring and pockets in the shorts. I think it's a great value for the price. The set washed and dried on low with no shrinking and seems to be great quality. The light blue color is just as shown in the product photos and is very pretty.

My daughter wore this the other day and said it was such a comfy set! I loved that the set matches well, and she loved the pockets on shorts as well as the color and fabric. It's super cute on, ready to run errands, go to school, or just hang out around the house. The size I got was perfect for her, she'll have a little room to grow.I would buy this set again in a different color so she can mix and match, that'd be fun!

This review is for the "Haloumoning Girls Summer 2 Piece Outfits..." I received this outfit size 5/6 in the bright pink color. The fabric is soft and light weight for summer. The shorts are well sewn and have a substantial elastic waist with a drawstring for extra security. The t-shirt is boxy meaning only as long as it is wide so it may be a bit cropped for some children. The outfit is big on my four year old granddaughter but that is what I expected as a "grow into" outfit. She can also mix and match the pieces for more use. She loves the color. This is a very good value at less than $13 for the set.

This is cute and fits well. The material is the type of polyester that will pile with washing. The colors are vibrant and it looks good on.

I bought this set for my soon-to-be 2nd grader, and it looks absolutely perfect on her! The oversized T-shirt and shorts are both stylish and comfortable, making it a great choice for warm weather.
