I got this mounting kit to hang a sensory swing in my kids' playroom. I was drawn to the swivel feature as they often like to spin in their swing. Installation was very easy and it's held up very well to a ton of daily use. While we haven't come close to testing the full weight capacity, it has been used by an average sized adult and 3 kids of varying sizes and swinging intensities. My only complaint is that the swivel is very stiff, especially compared to others we have in our house. I need to see if some WD40 will do the trick, but I can't seem to keep the kids off the swing long enough. Overall, it works well for what we need and I think is a fair price considering what I've spent on others. I would likely order again.

I used this hanging kit to set up a punching bag in my home gym, and I'm really impressed with its performance. I actually used a 2x4 mounted to the studs and then mounted through that and it is great.The 1200 lb capacity is more than enough for my needs, easily supporting my 100 lb punching bag with room to spare. The 360° swivel is smooth and allows the bag to move naturally during use, which is great for training.While it's marketed primarily for hammocks and swings, it works perfectly for a punching bag. This kit appears to be fairly complete, and of quality manufacture. We haven't installed it yet for our hanging chair, but I expect to soon and look forward to using it.

Can hang any hammock or hammock chair with this hardware. It is very sturdy, durable, doesn't rust easily, and fairly lightweight. It's nice looking and great quality and value. Safe and secure to use.

It is a complete kit of quality hardware to hang a porch chair or anything that you want to have the ability to rotate 360 degrees freely. For this purpose and the price it is a good choice and I recommend purchasing this kit.

$17 seemed a little steep of a price for some basic hardware to hang a hammock chair. However, when it arrived I feel the price is adequate. This thing is built very strong and durable. I have absolutely zero doubts about it being strong enough to hold a lot of weight. The paint is flawless and everything appears to be very high-quality. I think it would be nice if they listed the hardware with either wood or masonry screws so you aren’t just throwing the ones you don’t need away. It’s wasteful and I imagine is part of the reason it cost a little more. However, that is the only criticism I have. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for hanging a hammock chair.
