Too short for hammock, you are bent in half. and it tips over no matter how you try to use it. the bottom section is way too short. Waited too long to try it, now just a throw away.

The item came with no directions and small lettered stickers on the parts missing so the assembly was trial and error with only the pictures on Amazon to go by. The 12 foot hammock I had has large re-enforced ends and the supplied S hooks were too small to use. The supplied chains were too short to loop through and double back but I replaced them with some longer length chains I had. Later I'll see if I can find some large carbiners for hammock attachment. Side to side it's quite sturdy but with the short center frame if you sit to one of the ends the whole unit will tip up. So far the wife enjoys it.

it is important to know if a hammock stand will be stable when you have young kids around. I read this product`s reviews and decided to buy. It is not heavy but it is stable and resistance. It is a good design with a good weight balance to use it at the garden or at home. it arrived on the time and it was like in the picture.

Super easy to put together. I like the way that the hammock can be hung which allows for the smaller frame. Word of caution tho, it can be tippy. So if you have mobility issues or small children, I’d say be careful. You really need to find the center of gravity or you end up on your butt. Otherwise, perfect in every way.

Be aware of balance, if You move out of the Gravity Center it could make you fall.

I bought this to replace my old hammock stand and this is half the weight and much sturdier. Also no tools are needed for assembly which was very convenient.
