Sharing experience in raising hamsters
1.You need to bring your own silent running wheel. This is a necessity for hamster life. Please note that the diameter of the running wheel should not exceed 10 inches to avoid the cage being unable to cover. Hearing the sound of the hamster's paws running on the wheel will make you feel so healed
2.You need to bring your own hamster drinking fountain. Hamster hair cannot get wet. It is recommended to use a drinking fountain with rolling balls.
3.You can only keep one hamster in one cage! Hamsters have a strong sense of territory. Regardless of whether they are male or female, except for a short period of time when breeding, hamsters in the same cage will attack each other at other times.
4.The food for hamsters is mainly dry food. It should not have too much water, mainly a small amount of freeze-dried, mostly dry cereals, corn, etc. The vegetables should be very small and fresh, you can eat finger-sized cucumbers and coriander. Please check the information before feeding. Their intestines and stomachs are very fragile. Avoid excessive water and wet tail syndrome, which can lead to tragic consequences.
5.You need to prepare urine sand or bath sand for your hamster. Hamsters love to be clean and will pee at designated spots. If you clean them in time, there will be no smell.
6.Please try not to disturb the hamster when it is sleeping during the day. Night is its active time. Generally, it will not stop running for 5 hours.

can someone help me ?i asemeled the acrylic sites but they dont connect to the buttum correct, there i some space.on the 3 picture it shows something on the buttom on the cage, this it not in the package, what is it ?they also mention a video to watch to how to asbeble but there is no link ?the cage is fine and asembeled, but its not secures to the buttom, things will fall out if the sides are not put better inhow can i contact and get the parts that are missing so i dont need to send the whole cage back ?

The wooden house comes apart. It did not last more than a day. My hamster chewed right through the wood at the top and is always escaping.

It's not completely clear. It's frosted plastic and totally different from the other reviews I've seen. 😞 I also don't think it's worth the $80. It's cheap material

This cage is nice. It is easy to put together and looks great. It has pretty good ventilation so no issues there.The issue I have is the top parts. They are not that secure in the way they attach and I have had them come of quite often. With hamsters it is not that big of a deal though but still annoying. Needs a different way to attach those.

Cool thing is that it comes with a little playground (also easy to put together). Whole set for this price is really cool.

The enclosure is cute and a decenst size, but the way the panels are connected to the wood is very cheap and there is little quality control on fit allowing for gaps and bedding material to leak out. Tried to reassmble to tighten everything up and the screws are barely holding on now.Pretty, but junk, looking to buy something else before this falls apart completely.

I got this hamster cage for my grandkids so they could enjoy watching their new pet hamster. The cage has a really nice setup. It's large enough to provide plenty of space for the hamster to explore and play. The acrylic windows make it easy for the kids to see everything the hamster does, from running on its wheel to nibbling on food. The top of the cage opens up, which makes it simple for us to clean and for the grandkids to interact with their pet safely when it’s time to handle or feed him. The best part is that the cage is secure, so there’s no concern about the hamster escaping and getting lost in the house. The kids love watching their little critter, and I'm pleased to see them so engaged with their pet. This hamster home is definitely worth the price for the enjoyment and peace of mind it provides.
