In design, these are sweet, but they are a bit smaller than I had hoped and they are not as soft as a little girl's undershirt should be. Why not?

I love these camis but I do think they run a little small. My daughter is just going into size 4t/4 and they're certainly not big on her after you wash them. They absolutely work, but do not think they run big.

Typical cotton. Breathable and decent enough.But a bit large, stretch out easy.. straps seem kind of long. Very boxy shape, Not as svelt as pictured, shape wise.Did shrink slightly when washing, but still bigger than expected.
