Radio speaker sounds terrible, also the radio alarm doesn't work, instead of going to the radio it goes to the buzzer despite being set to the radio.

I have tried since i received this clock to set the alarms and radio. The instructions do NOT fit this clock and I cannot get the clock programmed. everything the instructions say to do does not work. Can't turn the alarms off, cant set the radios, etc.

i've spent an hour tiring to change the time. I have even pulled off the manual and it does not work.It says turn it off by pressing the 'clk/mem' button 1 sec. When I do that it switches to radio stations. to go back to the time you hold down the same button for 2-3 sec and goes back to the time but no way to chg the time.very frustred and not happy. I world NOT recommend this clock.
