This is a very sturdy case, and I'd be comfortable keeping in a toolbox or tool drawer where things get banged around a little. I bought the Zircon 70 sensor, which was reported as having dimensions 6.25in x 3.04in x 1.35 in, and it fits great within this case. I don't use this type of tool very often, and I like that I can store the 9v alkaline battery within the case at one end of the tool (see photo) instead of keeping the battery within the tool.

it's a pretty nice case. seems well built for the price point. i bought it to hold my Shure Beta 58A to better protect it while traveling to/from gigs. i thought it was a little thicker; it's a bit tight around the grill area when zipping it up, but it fits.if i was using it for its intended purpose, i'm sure it would be great :)

The case is very nice and it's definitely well made. I purchased this to hold my i520 zircon studfinder but it's too big. Yes, I should have measured but it would be nice if this seller listed the models of studfinder it was designed for.
