I tie lots of bass and striper flies. Use it with lots of Salleys or super glue to get super tough flies

The thread came off the spool an unraveled into a mess of strands. I returned it and got a refund. I am sure a good spool is just fine

I'm fairly new to fly tying. I've made and used maybe 50 flies on my own and caught fish on most of them. I mainly fish for saltwater species like striper, speckled trout and redfish. I have used this and not had and problems with the flies falling apart or getting frayed. It's strong and easy to work with. Veevus gets my thumbs up.
