The igniter only lasted 3 months and left me without heat in February, I’ve contacted the manufacturer directly with no response and will not be ordering again as I can’t trust it

Works so far. Bought stove new and the igniter I took out was 16 fins. This one had 15. Fit a little loose in the cradle, it slides a little bit but I routed the wires so they weren't touching anything. Fingers 🤞.

This product fit my 2020 Harman Stove with NO issues. The part was perfect and is still working great! Small issue installing. Had to cut zip ties in back of stove but that had nothing to do with the part. I’m planning on buying a second to put in my repair kit for emergency repairs. At this price.....why not!

Just a few days ago I woke up and attempted to fire up my Harman Advance pellet stove and after it ran for 10 minutes I realized it wasn't going to light. I did some quick research online and everything pointed to a failed igniter. I did some research online and found the right item. I ordered it Saturday morning and it was delivered by 3:00 PM Monday. I installed it and the stove lit as it should in just two minutes. Right product, perfect fit and easy installation. Thank you!

After 3 years, original Harman XXV igniter stopped working. After several months of manually starting the stove with Gel, and seeing how many pellets I was wasting by having the stove in manual mode to keep the fire going at all times, it was time to swap out the igniter. I waited for a warmer day to shut down the stove, gave it a good cleaning, and replaced the igniter. Took about 20 minutes to replace. The new igniter was a tad loose in the cradle, (reused the old cradle), but overall was a good fit. Fired up the stove, took about 2 minutes for a fire. For now, works like, or better then the original when it was brand new. I keep the stove very clean, will see how long this replacement lasts.Update 4/2/2018: The igniter did not even last 3 months. Just stopped altogether. Will be replacing with an OEM one in the off season to be ready for next fall. As other reviewers have stated, don’t waste your money.

Perfect fit with more heat fins to insure a quick fire start. My old igniter was still working but sometimes it would not start the fire on the first pellet cycle. This made the stove run a second cycle of pellets before the fire would start. Then the pellets would fall over the edge into the ash pan causing smoldering and smoke in the room. This new igniter has been working great no more smoke in my room and fire starts very fast now. When installing make sure to remove zip ties on old igniter wires. Also make sure the igniter wire connectors are out the way of any high heat areas. Thank you
