Other than it being huge and very heavy. Its a impressive air rifle topped with a good scope I'm sure this thing hits hard and fast. I realy like it

Out of the box the cylinder leaks. It is not hard to make a cylinder that does not leak but it requires one thing that many manufacturers in the airgun industry lack and that is some form of quality control. This gun may shoot great when I finally take it out but they missed the most important step of an airgun, the air, so they get one star. Do better.

The rifle, itself, is well made. It's big. It's not fragile. And it's loud. I'd have given it a 5 star except for one thing - there's no manual specific to the one I have.I don't care that the model I have only has "a few" differences from the first model. It says a lot about what you think about your customers to simply slap a copy of a manual for a previous iteration into the box and call it good.

BEAST !! This air gun packs a punch. 35 caliber. Using H&N pellets.. round nose, hollow point and slugs. 25 yards and punching holes through inch and half oak boards the size of a 9mm bullet. Using a vortex 3.5-12x50 scope. I do believe I will be trying for bigger game this year. Shot a local tree rodent and literally sent it somersaulting 10 steps away from the tree. Barely a torso left. I hit it from 15 yards. Just crazy.... love it.

It is a good rifle, it has power and accuracy. Reliability on the other hand is not all there. There were multiple times that the loading mechanism jams. I had one time that it would not fire, even though it was fully charged. I had to take it apart and managed to get it to fire again. I like the rifle and I will try to get all the bugs out. Also make sure you realize how long it is, it is not compact, but the extra length is for the suppressor which makes it really quiet for this caliber and power. Even with all the problems I would still buy one if this one fails.

It gives you all that it advertised. 75-80 ft/lbs of energy with all rounds tested. I have the .30 cal and it give you 21(3 magazines) Shots per fill at that power. With your peak 7 at the higher range. As for accuracy it also repeats what most find. Plenty of rounds that keep tight groups out to 100 yards. (Around 1") Can't beat the quality for the price. If there was anything i could get, it would be the hatsan tru glo sights added on.

I chose the 30 Caliber because you get several more shots. Quieter than I thought. Backyard friendly? That will depend on your neighbors and how big your backyard is. Little bigger than I thought but I've found it helps steady my shot. The side lever is awesome. I have the Flash 22 Caliber bolt action. I find this 30 easier to cock. Nothing against the Flash... no regrets and I'd buy it again. Only side levers from now on though. If you're only familiar with smaller calibers.... you're in for a surprise. I shot a few rounds through some trees and some smaller branches and leaves came falling down...lol. Pellets just kept going... went through with authority.Update; I now have 8 Hatsan's. 6 pcp's & 2 Model 125 Springer's. Cleaning the barrel is the first thing you need to do. The barrels are protected with some black goop to prevent rust during shipping and storage.Don't use anything metal!!! Airgun Barrels are soft metal and you can damage them and hurt its accuracy!!! Get the Patchworm Cleaning Kit. It's basically weedeater line to drag a cleaning patch through the barrel.... in the same direction the pellet travels.Don't use your traditional Firearms cleaning solvents. Airguns have Rubber O-Rings you might melt. I use Ballistol and use airgun oil / silicone.I clean the QE Silencer too..... its easy. Unscrew the end cap, the baffles slide out... 4 pieces... keep them in proper order. A 9/16 or 14mm socket... plus an extension... down inside the shroud... unscrew the nut on the end of the barrel. The nut has vent holes drilled in it... a couple of my guns... they needed some cleaning and deburred. Its aluminum... so the burrs were easy to knock off. This will help your silence and accuracy!!!If you want... the Shroud just slides off the barrel. Makes cleaning inside the barrel easier.Clean, clean and clean until the patches come out clean. Leaving a little Ballistol soak overnight will help.Half of my guns shot hole in hole accurate at 75ft... immediately!!! Literally stack pellet on top of pellet in a dime size spot!!! A couple needed 10 - 20 shots to start getting one inch groups. They started off more than 6 inch spread. This is not unusual... barrels usually need 200 plus shots to settle in.

Great addition to traditional line of rifles. Offers cheaper alternative to ammunition costs and availability.
