If you ate a tinkered and highly able to diagnose issues. Then this company doe not play well with you. No parts descriptions. No breakdown and servicing manuals. And zero customer technical abilities. If you purchase this gun. It's is at your own peril. And personal knowledge of mechanical ability. Be sure to purchase an extended warranty from Amazon because if you are not technically minded or mechanically inclined or have those abilities. You will have bought yourself a very expensive wall ornament or a hammer in some instances. Hatsan likes to keep its secrets very secret. The PCP market is very cutthroat and they are keeping thier knowledge very close to the belt. Otherwise if you want one. You will have to plan on a complete disassembly and regrease to keep the leakdowns out of the system. 3600psi likes to find weak points. And a factory assembled gun will produce them immediately. Once you done the hard work re-moving design faults. And re assembly. You will end up with a rather decent fully adjustable pcp rifle. Well wishes.

Hatsan Factor RC PCP, two magazine through the rifle the air tube will not fill. rifle went to Utah Airguns, Orem, Utah. Gunsmith said he has never seen as many air leaks. They cannot fix the Hatson it has to go back to the factory.. There is the price of shipping and the cost of the factory fixing the Air gun Hatsan,, Tried to email customer service with no reply. Also any repair needed on any Hatsan has to be sent to the factory..

Several problems with this purchase.1. There is absolutely no customer support2. Gun is missing parts3. Manual does not match gun4. Charging lever is way to hard to pull back, something is wrong with it.
