I went ahead and purchased this crossbow stand, since there is not another out on the market that is useful for both ground hunting and tree stand hunting. Is it perfect? No. Is it usable and workable? Absolutely. I'll give it 4 of 5 for that.I haven't found a problem with the quality of the product. The cradle is firmly attached and hasn't come off when I've pulled on it. The arms fold out and are suitable for holding both of my crossbows.I've used it on the ground and had no problem with it. The foot stirrup rests on the ground, the limbs against the arms and the rest is held by the cradle. I sit with a Waldrop Pac chair and this is the right height for me to have that crossbow resting and ready.I use a light hanging stand (XOP Cold World) and while I could have lived with the bracket/ubolt that came with the stand, I improvised with a few bucks at the local hardware store and came up with a holder that I feel more comfortable with. If something doesn't quite work, I've learned to DIY a solution, not just return the item.There's not really another stand with this versatility and price, so I'm using what I got, and it seems to be just fine!

This product does not come with the extended arms to stabilize your crossbow while on the ground like the video shows I am very disappointed in this product and it seems like you can't even find the extended legs like it shows on the video to even have the choice to buy separately it is not what it advertises in the video good concept just poor advertisement and not what they say it is it will not work on the ground unless you do modifications to it which a person should not do if they're advertising it with the extended legs then it should come with the extended legs for ground hunting

Love this crossbow holder. It is easy to set up, easy to collapse and pack in and out, and keeps the crossbow down and out of the way se urely in my ground blind and treestands.UPDATE: after only a few uses, the angle adjustment button deformed and broke. I had to drill out the holes and use a clevis pin to fix it- but it works even better after the modifications.

Like most everyone said, this is not quality. Unless using on an elevated stand, it WILL NOT work on the ground without fixing to a piece of wood. Like someone else said, there's nothing else like it available, so I'LL make it work. Good concept... Poor design

I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but since you can not contact the seller through Amazon here you go,If you are buying this for your tree stand chances are it would work. If you are trying to use this in a ground blind, it will not. The video shows two legs it uses for support which lifts your bow off the ground, you do not get those, so it's absolutely useless for that application. 99% of the time I read reviews before making my purchase, this time I did not, and ended up with a product I can't use. The video is very misleading and should not be allowed to be viewed in order help sell their product.

Sits way too low to be even remotely capable of holding a crossbow in a blind. The old model was far better. We shouldn't have to jury rig it to get it to stand high enough. Pure Crapola.
