Ordered item twice. Both deliveries were damaged. Even if the box arrives in good shape, inspect the tabs for damage and deformation. The tabs were bent on both units I received. Since the cooler is aluminum, it isn't worth installing to find out it leaks later.

Very well made, probably the best made oil cooler IMO. 2003 Chevy 1500HD. Transmission 165-175 degrees towing. Made my own brackets from Home Depot. Would buy again

Put this in my 05 expedition in addition to another after market transmission cooler which I had previously installed. I tow a 7k Travel Trailer and this thing really helped bring my temps down from over the edge. Adding this to my system drop my temps about 20 degrees

Installed this external cooler on a Toyota Tundra.Without a cooler transmission pan temps were around 225 degrees, now stays around 185 degrees.I did not use the plastic mounting zip ties, used a metal bracket instead.

My auto transmission runs about 10-20Degrees cooler even I the mountains and towing my jeep. Only con, it doesn't come with any fittings, it was a pain to get them
