I ordered this desktop shelf to help me organize my gadgets and have a place to put them within easy reach. The setup was pretty straight forward, which is good because it didn’t come with any instructions. I had to go back to the store page to look at how it was assembled to glean what orientation I should have the shelves, but I guess that doesn’t matter too much and is up to the individual’s choice.There was an ugly patch on the wood that I’m not sure if it was just a gouged-out part of the wood or just a paint splotch, but I made it so they were pointing down to not see them again.The screws they use are pretty long so I went with an electric screwdriver with a hex bit that fit. Once I had everything on, I noticed it had a very noticeable gap between the wood and the frame, so I’m guessing the frame wasn’t made for these wood planks. Other than that, it worked out and was relatively level.It has held up pretty good for the last month, though I’m not abusing it with heavy hardware, and it looks good on my desk.

I would have preferred an all-black version of this Desktop Organizer Shelf from Hbluefat, but alas, that's not available. The wood/black combination looks nice-enough however.Fit and finish are meh. The shelves are ill-fitting and because they put the a metal seam on one side of the identical brackets it's impossible to avoid having one of them visible front-and-center. At least in black it's not obvious.Current price on Amazon is $22.70 which in my opinion is about $7 too high. This shelf is nothing special and should sell for $15 max.Main points:- No instructions- Easy to assemble but also easy to overtighten or strip the screws.- Can be used right-side-up or up-side-down depending on need.

Although this is not ideal for papers because there is no angle with a scooped back, it is good for other items. The structure is solid and the quality of the materials seems good. It's a basic two-tier organizer that does not take up a lot of space and is functional.

This is a nice desktop organizer that was easy to get put together… happy with the quality and its usefulness.It holds quite a bit and it doesn’t take up too much space. It’s definitely useful for keeping my desk area organized and tidy, and it looks nice visually to me. I’m happy with it overall.

This product is very easy to assemble and it's very study. Wouldn't recommend this for small size table but it's a good way to storage your belonging.
