I ordered the black/red dampener, and I was sent the white ones. I sent the white ones back for a replacement, and they sent me the white ones again. As far as string dampeners go, this one seems to work well enough. I dinged them a star for screwing up the color repeatedly. Also, I've decided I really just don't like string dampeners on my racket. It makes the whole thing feel over dampened to me.
