They sent me a heated jacket that doesn't work the whole point in me buying it is because it heats up however I charged it and followed the directions and nothing happened other than the lights flickering on and off

The jacket I bought was too large. To return, you have to get the seller’s permission which just makes the process a bit longer. They responded quickly, but I had to pay for postage to return jacket. It cost $19! I got a good deal on the jacket, so this was half the selling price. FYI - I first bought a 2X from Westin (heated coat) it was too small even for a regular large sized person! I think this company’s sizing is more what you are used too. We went one size bigger just in case all the coats shipped from China were super small. I’m not complaining about paying for shipping, but I wish I knew this up front.

Got this in the mail, wrapped in plastic, that had a hole in it. The power pack was missing, and if this is an XL, I must be the hulk. I could only get one arm in it. Way to small! Going back for a refund. Had to return it, and pay $29.99 to ship it back. Total BS! The product was $89.99, so I payed basically $30.00 to return something, that was missing an item and didn't fit.

I went on a trip with three friends and we did a lot of walking outside in the cold. Everyone else was freezing but I was toasty warm with my jacket! I purchased extra battery packs, be aware that this jacket does not come with one. At night when we went back to the hotel room I would charge The pack and it lasted me all day. The jacket kept me warm right up around my neck and shoulders and everywhere else. What a great Purchase! Everyone was jealous of me because I am always the cold one and I was toasty warm!
