Got this for my teenage daughter who is always cold, she isn’t any longer! She even raves about how warm it is without the heaters on.Heats up very quickly, but does unexpectedly well on a charge. She likes the style of the coat as well, making this he r favorite Christmas gift!

I bought the initial coat and it did not heat properly. I returned it and the second coat was perfect in its fit and heating all over. My husband works outside in the elements, and it is important that he stay warm at the core as the winters can be brutal.

Was so excited to have this heated coat I walked to a Drs appt today. But after a couple of minutes, I noticed it was not getting warmer, but I was getting colder. I checked the on/off, and it was off. I turned it back on, and again, it turned off on its own. I repeated this several times and decided it was going back. I was freezing when I got to my appt, and the walk home later was frigid.
