Update: I attempted to contact the manufacturer and points of contact (two Chinese email domain addresses) provided by Amazon support multiple times since the device ceased functioning and have received no response. After a month of use and being very happy with warm towels, this item completely stopped working and producing heat at all. The lights turn on and it says it is set to warm but not heat comes out of the device at all. Very sad, especially since I drilled holes in my wall to install this.Warms towels well, but requires leaving it on for a while. There's a timer feature but I'm not sure how to set it. Sometimes it seems to be on for a few hours and other times it stays on. I wish there was a way to set it to turn on in the morning, because if you want a warm towel for your morning shower you'll have to leave it on all night. It was pretty easy to install, but we made sure we had an electrician install an outlet nearby when we had him do other work to make sure we could install it in the place we wanted on the wall. There was one day where the test/grounded switch kept on getting tripped but I unplugged it and thankfully it stayed on after that. So far that happened once so hopefully it doesn't repeat itself and continues to provide me with cozy warm towels. I like the swivel feature and the extra shelf but the shelf is hard to reach and it works best when you use all the bars

I ordered this for my master bath as I am redecorating it to feel more like a spa. I did encounter a few problems with this towel warmer. For starters it takes up a lot of room. This became a bit of an issue. Also, the chord for the plug is coiled up and super short which made placement even more difficult. I ended up having to have an electrician come and install a new plug where I wanted it in order for it to work. As far as functionality goes, it works as expected. However, installation was nothing short of a nightmare.
