Carabiners operate smoothly, paint looks good. No idea if this will hold 660 lbs (1300+ for the pair?) but I don't really care since my use case is less than 1/10th of that. I just hope it will hold up to outdoor use.

This is a very strong chain. It is capable of holding a full punching bag securely. This was super easy to set up and adjust.

The tree swing what had utilized nylon straps that came with it broke after a couple of years of use. When I replaced it with new nylon straps that I bought at the same time, those broke too in just month. Apparently the straps will deteriorate just based on the passage of time and not being loaded or being in the elements. I switch to metal and never looked back.These 21 metal chains were just the right size extension I needed to complete the swing. They are strong enough for the heaviest adult in our family even though the swing is mainly for the children.

These are good strong chains/carabiners, the black color is nice and will hopefully prevent rusting if used outside.Regular price $ 24.99 per the listing, on sale $ 18.99 and there's a 10% off coupon and I'm happy.As always I only do honest reviews and udpate if needed. I ordered this product because I have a heavy boxing bag in my garage and I needed a chain so that I can lower the bag.This one had some good reviews so I figured I would give it a try. I like the black coating on the chain and the black carabiners to match. The boxing bag that I have weighs about 190 pounds and this chain has no problem holding that much weight. The carabiners on the other hand might not last that long because there is a lot of pressure from the bag on the carabiner so at some point, I might switch it out to a Quick link so this way it has the lock screw on it.Overall, this is a great product and would have no problem holding a bench swing or work out equipment!

This is a very strong, solid chain but at 21 inches in length, it would be too short for our swinging porch chair. Instead, I got it to hold the punching bag in our home gym. The carabiners are secure enough to hold the weight and stay closed while the bag swings. The black coating is pretty thick, so it's hard to tell if the links are welded closed or not - but they're thick enough that they won't be pulled open. The black looks good in the gym and keeps the metal from rusting, and the chain holds more than enough weight that we don't have to worry about anything coming loose.

Very nice, thick chain and clips.Used for front porch swing, and seems sturdy and adequate.Wish it were available in just a little longer length, but this works well.Would be great to hang flower pots from as well.Pleasantly surprised by excellent quality.Recommend this product.
