Your cart is empty.Sway bars, or more accurately anti-roll bars, are designed to resist a vehicle’s tendency to pitch from side to side during cornering, improving cornering ability and making for a more comfortable controlled ride. Sway bars are among the most cost effective and dramatic improvements that you can make to your vehicle regardless of whether it’s a truck, muscle car, tow rig, or RV. Sway bars are also typically easy to install, making them a great first upgrade for anyone who wants a little more control out of their ride.

Easy to install and did not disappoint. We also replaced rear shocks and almost eliminated the body roll. We have a 2007 Winnebago View.

Installed on 2006 dodge sprinter 3500 158wb. I upgraded this, my front struts, rear shocks, and rear leaf springs. Night and day difference, but I can say for sure what did it. I have the high roof top model and this thing does great in the wind for how much of a sail I have.

(This review was done after replacing the stock rear sway bar and shocks with the Hellwig sway bar and Bilstein heavy duty shocks).Amazing upgrade for sprinter van / itasca navion / winnebago view. I picked up my 2006 itasca navion (mercedes sprinter 3500 chassis) and drove it 480 miles on day 1 in high winds and lots of traffic. It was white knuckle most of the way because the cross winds or vehicles passing from behind caused the coach to roll to the side so badly it made steering difficult. This was a real buzz kill, and I was just imagining my rv dreams becoming a lot less dreamy due to difficult driving. So I did some research when I got home and the recommended change of the sway bar and shocks made a lot of sense to a me so I committed the money ($600 total, including labor) and crossed my fingers.I noticed the difference right away, but reserved final judgement until I drove it on a trip. Just did 400 miles on a trip that included windy mountain roads, long straight always, cross winds, urban highway driving and totally bad roads and I can say the difference is no placebo. I would say the body roll issue was 90% resolved by this upgrade. He cross winds were very manageable and way less noticeable, and the big killer - the big SUV or semi passing from behind - was barely noticeable where before I had to make a serious effort to stay in my lane. Also, the ridiculous weeble wobble of the coach as you exit a driveway / go cross ways over a speed bump is dramatically reduced.I could not be happier with this upgrade. I am especially pleased with the community of navion/view/sprinter drivers out there who guided me in this decision. I highly recommend this upgrade.A tiny note, the sway bar picture provided in the amazon ad for this product is not accurate. This product fit my 2005 mercedes sprinter 3500 chassis perfectly.

Made a difference but not quite enough to stop all of the rock.

I give this product 5 stars as it fit my 3500 Sprinter RV, and really improved the stability. I can now exit driveways and not have all the sway I used to get. All I needed to install was the plastic ramps to get rear of RV off the ground (used 4), some folks make ramps out of wood. And once up used my breaker bar to remove original bolts and installed the Helwig. Easy as changing the oil. Also installed gas shocks.
