I have been using Herco nylon picks for decades. I have never once broken one. I doubt that breaking a Herco pick is even possible. I have lost many, but given away dozens. Even now, at age 65, I have two of them in my wallet. These picks are perfect, and there are different weights and grades. Sometimes, once you find a perfect thing, you look no further. I bought several packets, because I fear the day when I run out.

It has a nice grip surface and if you turn it sideways and play a chord or note with the side of the pick you can make some interesting grinding noises. However, if you are playing a 3 1/2 hr concert, the pick will warm up and become more flexible. In Lilyhammer it is a bit cold at times and slows down the problem. It is not very expensive to try but I can’t see myself using it very long.

I've been playing guitar for 35 years. I have always used Fender 351 Heavy picks made from celluloid plastic and was quite adamant that is what I used. I heard a few of my favorite rock guitar players used these, so I thought I'd give them a try. Bought a small pack and loved them so I stocked up on them. They are a little more flexible than the celluloid plastic picks for a softer articulation on the strings. I use both now for different applications along with even a few more. These picks have a nice texture on them where you hold them and that keeps them steady in your hand with a nice grip. Give them a try and see if they fit your playing style. I find myself using these more than the other ones I've used They have become my Go To Pick

A essayer absolument.
