These 3" toilet flapper replacements are of good quality and stopped the tank leakage issue we had. The old flappers had become so rigid I had to cut them off (carefully, so as not to break the holding arms), and these new ones are so pliable they slid on with very little effort and have been working perfectly. Make sure you know whether your port is 2" or 3" before ordering.

Easy to install and fits perfectly for the TOTO toilet. Keep in mind that the Model Number of toilet is facing the back wall when installed, so use your phone camera to make sure you have the right flapper/parts. Under the lid, there are a host of choices for parts. Why wouldn’t TOTO provide the appropriate Model Number and associated parts on this decal is a mystery, who cares about the other models when you are searching for parts. Better still, why not standardize All TOTO toilets to have the same flapper? Ridiculous engineering that is unacceptable and not Customer service oriented.

After trying two new Toto repacement flappers (one that was an adjustable advertised universal) that both leaked immediately upon installation I luckily purchased these. Worked upon installation and appear to be of higher quality than the name brand flappers I wasted my money on previously.

Yea just make sure you measure your plugs first I accidentally ordered 2" first. Easy to install and work great compared to the old crusty ones. Remember folks replace your toilets plugs and don't be the people I bought the house from

The part fits my TOTO toilet model as described in listing. The overall quality is average, but expected for a non-TOTO part. Very easy to install, only needed to adjust the chain.The price is much cheaper than TOTO. Hopefully will last as long as the Flapper that came with new toilet.

The flapper was easy to install and worked perfectly. I used it on a TOTO CST854 toilet.

The flapper and chain are well-made and sturdy. The only problem is that the clip is only half of the size of the original. I struggled for 10 minutes with one before finally getting it attached. On the second, after 5 minutes, I just hooked the old clip through the tiny new one and slipped it right on arm.
