Item is as pictured, the only downside is after 3 days of wearing it, the silver is coming off. So I don believe it will last very long, but it is pretty.

This is a fun bracelet to wear. It's extremely well made with strong rings holding the pendents to the wire. It would take almost brute force to pull them loose. I could not be happier with this product.
