Love my new shutters, not flimsy like the vinyl hollow shutters we removed, these are solid and have a little weight to them, hoping they last for years, I did hire someone to hang them, and Amazon had the best price! We did use anchors since we drilled into brick, the nice black screws came with them. It took about an hour for each set to hang these.

These Board and Batten are made from the same Highwood Manufacturer as the Highwood Hamilton Deck Chairs. They very heavy as a pair. The come fully assembled with tools to install and hardware to install. They are not 1” thick. They are 7/8” thick. I have not installed as of this review. They are not flimsy plastic. I think they will hold up from strong winds and not fly off once properly installed. I would recommend this product! I am going to buy again one at a time. On a budget!
