The description covers all the bases with this whistle. I'll add that the reflective cord feels premium as does the titanium whistle. Packaging is minimal. Comes in a plastic, resealable pouch. The whistle has something like a silicone rod inside that has been cut to direct your breath across the opening. Mine came misaligned and I've been able to turn it almost as far as it needs to go to line up with the titanium opening. I can't say that it makes any difference though so I could have left it and it probably wouldn't make a difference. I do wonder if it will stay put forever, it seems fine. The whistle is loud for what it is, if you do a short blast it's like a loud peep sound.Overall it's a nice little object. I got it to train my dogs to come to me when they stray a bit too far. One dog is quite responsive but unfortunately, the other really doesn't like it and runs away. I'll keep trying with treats and the whistle.Edit: One day of peeps and treats and the dog that was afraid of this is still a little startled but he knows he's getting a treat so comes running. For it's intended purpose of getting attention in a lost in the woods situation I'd say it fits the bill and is an extremely light addition to your kit.

Very well made, lightweight titanium whistle that is very loud. Perfect for all of your outdoor adventures and most definitely as a urban safety whistle!
