Il prodotto viene spedito in un packaging di tutto riguardo e riceverete anche una valigetta rigida perfetta tanto per la custodia quanto per la protezione da urti e cadute accidentali (scelta perfetta in cantiere).La termo-camera si presenta di ottima fattura, con plastiche solide e inserti gommati nelle parti che necessitano di un maggior grip, è presente un display da 3,5 pollici anche touchscreen e frontalmente il sensore termico. Il display ha una buona risoluzione e risulta abbastanza molto luminoso (anche all’aperto).Accesa la termo-camera ed effettuate le calibrazioni essenziali (emissività e range) devo dire che mi ha sorpreso in positivo: nonostante la risoluzione non sia altissima, la resa della camera termica è notevole, l’immagine chiara e ben definita. Le scansioni vengono salvate nella classica cartella DCIM in jpeg (2,4,8 MP).Il vero punto di forza della camera è l’integrazione tramite app con lo smartphone (app sia per iOS che Android) che permette di utilizzare numerose altre funzioni disponibili.Nel complesso, non essendo la prima camera termica con la quale mi trovo a lavorare, posso sbilanciarmi dicendo che ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e la raccomando a tutti quelli che voglio un dispositivo professionale per ispezioni nei 10 metri in campo idraulico “domestica”, valutazioni di isolamento di piccole dimensioni.

I owned a FLIR TG 165 before getting this thermal camera, and it certainly sets a high bar but this unit excels comparatively. The resolution is very good, although there is interpellation between the visual camera and the thermal sensor, it does not actually read thermal data at the same resolution as the visible spectrum camera that the thermal is overlaid upon, this results in less precision to the thermal gradient displayed, but it is plenty sufficient for most common thermal camera uses.The case and accessories included with this device are second to none. In the box, you get the camera, a well put together manual to help you operate for a device, two batteries, a charger, as well as a few accessories. The case is incredibly rugged and well-made, offering a Weather tight seal to ensure that your camera stays safe, no matter where it is at any time also include it is a strap that you can connect to the case so you can swing it over your shoulder or another item to make it easier to bring along with you to the worksite, etc.I did not realize when I picked this camera up that it was also touchscreen. The touchscreen function makes utilization much easier when you are capturing images, browsing menus or otherwise making use of the device. It includes plenty of storage, and I have no complaints on the usage of this camera.Despite FLIR being the best in the business for thermal cameras and sensors, I will be giving my TG-165 away as this camera is far more capable and useful to me, and that really is a testament to the quality and design of this camera. I am very, very impressed!

I have only tested it out so far and I think it is a decent imaging camera. I like that it comes with a nice case to keep it in. The picture look clear enough and should come in handy for various tasks I have to do at home.

This M11W Thermal Imaging camera is very easy and intuitive to use. I'm guilty of trying devices out to see how intuitive they are prior to reading the instructions. The instructions (in English) are very concise and easy to read. Retrieving images via the microSD card or USB connection is very easy, all images reside in the DCIM folder like any conventional camera. The desired settings are very easy to find and strait forward to update.Screen capture of thermal image is a 640x480 jpeg image of the 192x144 resolution thermal scan. A standard jpeg image of the area is also captured but, it's a much taller and wider area than the thermal image regardless if you chose 2MP, 4MP or 8MP capture. My only complaint so far is that I need to manually crop the photos to preserve customer privacy if personal information is outside the area I was capturing in the thermal image.The 192x144 Thermal resolution is an improvement over the M10 that has 160x120 resolution. However, many other brands provide 256x192 resolution for about half the price of this unit. I don't have access to the higher resolution models to compare thermal image quality of those units to this M11W unit. Because I found the thermal image quality to be quite good, I'm not going to lower score for thermal resolution.Every area I've scanned with this M11W has produced very clear images regarding the surface temperatures. The temperature gradients adapt to the low to high temperature of the new area getting scanned after a very quick calibration. Definitely have not lost any time when I am move my inspection from one location or room to another.Video scan of the inspection area is easy to start with long press of the trigger and single tap to end video recording. Playback on the screen as well as on the computer seems very good, but is at the low 640x480 resolution when viewing on a computer screen.I did not connect to Wi-Fi and I have not opened and configured the Phone app because I have some concerns reading the privacy policy. I'm used to privacy policies following the country where a device is used and it's not my job to learn about the laws of another country where the cloud resides. The privacy policy only states that they follow privacy laws of China, but don't clearly explain what the laws of China are regarding non-Chinese citizens.Once I've had more time to digest the privacy policy, I may begin using the app, but for now everything I need to do is easily done on the M11W device and copying from the micro-SD card to my computer for compiling a report for energy audits.
