This the original equipment nozzle for most smaller Hobart and miller welders. Excellent fit and spatter knocks off easily. Be careful as there are two versions of this nozzle. One has a reducing collar in it and the other does not. Make sure you buy the right version for your welder. Little bit pricey but you. Get what you pay for.

This was the exact replacement part for my Hobart welder. I do like that it pops off easily rather than screws off like a lot of others. It makes it easy to clean etc. It is a pretty sturdy nozzle.

This is the exact nozzle you need if you own a Hobart Handler Model 125 through 210. I own a Hobart Handler 210 and this one fit the stock gun. The large opening is 0.5675" and the smaller opening is 0.497" and the overall length is 1.77".In the third picture below (3 MIG tips, the one that comes in this Amazon purchase is the one on the left. The middle one is from ebay, and the right one is for flux-cored.

Nozzle gel, nozzle gel, nozzle gel. Need I say more, it will keep you from having to buy these so often. You have to remember that this is a mig nozzle that gas flows through, so any splatter can clog up the orifices for the gas, therefore I say nozzle gel once again keeps that from happening. Use nozzle gel all the time, makes cleaning these up so easy. Can't figure out why I never used it before.
