This was a very great idea for my cameras solar panels. Sticks out away from the roof so if you don't have gutters like me the rain water doesn't just run off the roof directly to the panels.

This is just what I needed to install the solar panel for my outdoor camera. We have gutters around our home, and I didn’t want to attach the panels to the gutters, so I ordered this. This mount extends out enough beneath the gutters to catch sunlight. Perfect!

Works great with my Nest camera. Mounted this along with the Wasserstein solar panel to put my Nest camera where there isn't any power.The included hardware worked well, and holds the solar panel securely.Dropped 1 star to 4 stars: One improvement could be some cord management as I had to just bodge some zip ties to hold the cables.

I purchased this unit to extend my solar panel to a better-light location. The sun is blocked in specific locations around my house, making it more difficult for the light to charge my Ring cameras. The unit is easy to install, and its low appearance, easy fit, adjustability, and stability make it an excellent option for extending the solar panel to a better-light location.

The material was cheap, and I was worried about it holding up in high wind. It held up in a terrible hurricane. I was impressed.
