This is definitely a slimline wallet! However, once you add money to the inside money clip, it doesn't stay closed outside of the pocket. It would be great for a teen boy. but it's not quite what my hubby was looking for.

This minimal wallet will comfortably hold four cards and some cash. One has to realistically define how many cards are actually needed on a given day. I use this wallet only for my ID and some cash. The information with the wallet makes no reference to RFID protection. I must assume that any card in it can be scanned unless you add your own protection to it, which I have. When folded, it is less than a half inch thick, so that is fairly minimal. If someone is really ready to go minimal, then I will recommend this wallet. I gave it four stars due to lack of RFID protection.

I like this wallet already and would give it a 4.5 rating if that were possible, but it's fractionally closer to 4/5 than 5/5 for me. The good: The fabric material is strong, and it's both lightweight and slender. I have really enjoyed combining a money clip with a small number of cards for EDC. I didn't get the little yellow details, but I do now. Those are built-in straps that you pull to help you get your cards out. You then push the straps back in by resetting your cards. Build quality seems solid. This wallet will last. Here's my slightly-more-than-half-point-deduction quibble: Do I carry too many cards? Often. But this is marketed as holding 4 cards per side. I have 4 cards on each side (which was sort of a feat as I'm used to carrying roughly double). One side has my id, two insurance cards (which are about 1/2 as thick) than a credit card), and Costco card. Those four are tight. I could MAYBE squeeze one more credit card in, but it becomes difficult to pull them out. On the other side, I carry exactly 4 cards of standard size. It's a struggle to pull them out. Maybe it'll get looser with wear, but for now, it seems like they say it carries four, when it's really meant for maybe two. If it were maybe 5% bigger vertically, it would allow for the cards to slide in and out more easily. Another quibble, I can't get this thing to stay shut. It wants to pop open. Meaning that if it's not in your pocket and you set it down, it wants to pop open and reveal the cash. At the same time, while the cards are tightly secure, the cash clip is pretty loose. I don't necessarily worry about money falling out, but if you shook it around money would absolutely fall out.I think that this is almost like a really good mk1 version of a product that I will love the mk2 version. It needs a more assertive money clip with a stronger spring and tighter tolerance, it needs to be designed to more easily stay flat/shut, and it needs to be designed for 5 or 6 cards if they really want you to functionally fit 4 that you can access regularly. I like its profile and think the nylon is really solidly made. If you can get yourself down to only a few pieces of cash (think like 6) and carry a total of 6 cards, this is a great wallet for you.

Overall, this works as well as I wanted. The main issue I have with it is that it is kind of stiff and where it folds at the money clip, it still is kind of bulky and won't fold super flat. It still is more comfortable than my other wallets. The cards are easy to pull out with the pull tab. Recommend for minimal wallet, just know it may not be as flat as expected. As an improvement, I would recommend a clear pocket on the outside. It would be nice to have a designated spot for a license that doesn't pull out whenver you're getting a credit card.

Well made and quality product but didn't work for me, you'll have to fold it and put a weight on it for a while to get it to stay somewhat closed. Doesn't hold enough cards and too difficult to get in and out, very snug. The pull strap helps but they all come out at once. The money clip part is really good quality though. I ended up giving it to a friend who is trying it out.

My husband is very disappointed in this wallet. First of all, it doesn’t close. It just stays open. The wallet is very small and cards barely fit, this wallet has actually ruined his credit card on the edge. Do not buy this product, you’ll be very disappointed.
