I see that a number of users of this product had problems with adhesion. This stuff really sticks if you follow the cleaning directions and installation instrucions. Just add one step. Use your heat gun or even a hair dryer to heat the product after it is in place. Rub it firmly and it will stick.

Does not work well on tight corners such as toilet pedestal bases, cannot follow tight contours.

This installed pretty easy. I still caulked the top ledge. It solved the problem of a deep flexible gap between our tub surround and tub. Looks nice

The total length came to 183", and not 192" as advertised. I had to buy another one to finish the project as it left me short. Already losing stickiness after a few weeks.

Used to seal an aluminum window frame mounted on top of a concrete wall. Applied flex glue between the adhesive strips for better seal . Did an entire room worked great.

Easy to install against our tub and holds up well! We’ve lived in our house for about 2 years now and noticed bugs were getting into our bathroom. That’s when we realized the renovaters never caulked the bathtub around the floor so there were gaps. This product was a quick, easy and effective solution. No more bugs!

Used this to seal seams on masonite I hung in a closet. Made a very neat presentation of all the seams by covering our sawcut flaws! Stuck nicely in closet, which is a dry environment.
