Sturdy and easy to build. But only holds about 50 vinyls.

Much, much better than the record cube that cost about $10 less than this one. My review will be short because others have reviewed it before. I don't like the slotted bottom portion, so I just covered it part the decals that they provide for the side slats. Plus, I don't like it that there's no top plate. So, I went to Home Depot and had them cut me a quarter inch plywood board to make one for me. Done.

Looks sturdy and durable. Made of high quality bamboo. No flaws in craftsmanship. No splinters. Gives you a minimalist/zen/nordic feel. Clean look.Very easy to assemble. All hardware included. You can place your player on top (although it is open on top and lacks a platform), or as a stand alone vinyl record storage.Came with a record mitt and microfiber cleaning cloth.Overall, i like it. Organizes your music collection.

If you're looking for a gift for your music-loving fiancé, this might not be the best option. Though it's billed as an easy-to-assemble vinyl player, some users have found it difficult to assemble. Additionally, the vinyl player doesn't fit on top as described, which could be a dealbreaker.

Perfect for albums and easy on the eyes. The most practical and attractive way to keep your albums stored and accessible. Not cheap but fairly easy to assemble despite all the parts that are enclosed. Would have liked to be able to stack more than 2 containers but the weight is prohibitive from the vinyls.

I'm very pleased. This was easy to assemble (maybe 3 minutes per unit). The assembled product is sturdy and attractive, and allows you to see the albums from the side, which is nice. The second unit stacked nicely with no problems. Also happy that it's made from bamboo, which is highly sustainable and durable. I would highly recommend this product

I purchased this item for my daughter from her Amazon wish list for Christmas. She loves it. It is very nice quality and se can't wait to fill it up with new and vintage vinyl albums.

Looks nice all put together, went together quickly. Parts did come already cracked in the area where the peices get fastened together. I had purchased as a Christmas gift, so that was a drawback but my daughter put it together and decided to keep it since if handled carefully it seems to stay together. If you plan to set your record player on the top as shown in the picture, well, don't because it really isn't designed for balancing and holding it there unfortunately!

I bought 4 of these and they stack well with one on top, but I wouldn't stack them any higher safely. They are good looking and it makes it much easier to move the albums around.

This is the HomeBuddy Vinyl Record Storage - 75 LPs Vinyl Record Holder, Record Player Stand with Vinyl Storage, Wood Crates for Vinyl Holder, Wooden Crates, Record Stand with Storage, Record Shelves, Shelf Unit. Firstly let me say that this is a listing for only one record crate not for two as in the picture. This bamboo album crate is really sturdy and attractive once it is assembled, that being said the assembly is very simple and everything you need is included. Each one of these crates holds quite a few albums and they are stackable as well. If you get enough of them you could make it look like a large album storage unit. The wood itself is really nice, it's sturdy and has no flaws such as slivers or cracks. There is also no smell to this unit I do not smell any varnish or anything unpleasant. This is a huge upgrade from the red plastic milk crates that I have always kept my albums in. This is a habit I had picked up from my parents when they were in University and I was a small child. This is a lovely way to have your albums on hand and to display them. I would definitely recommend these bamboo album crates.

This record storage crate is super nice at what it does. It's the perfect size to hold a good number of records and make them easily accessible for your listening pleasure. It's the perfect size for also having it tucked away in the corner of the room or in a spot that there isn't a huge amount of room. It's well made and easy to put together and, so far, it has held up quite well. The only complaint I have about it is that there isn't a top included on it. I have a smaller record player and, as such, it can't stand on this storage crate on its own. I had to come up with my own solution to make this product feel "complete".It's a nice product and perfect for storing records; if it had a proper top, it'd easily be 5 stars. Either way, I do still recommend it.

5 out of 5 Stars (5)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐[TL;DR]✅ Would order again - Yes - I would like to stack 2 or 3 of these✅ Would recommend - Yes✅ Beautiful, natural, finished bamboo✅ Smooth and warm looking✅ Goes together really quickly and easily✅ Stack the units into a pillar or set them side-by-side✅ Great for table-top, cabinets, or floor display✅ Grooves are cut in the bottom support to allow for easy flipping and sorting✅ Fits 33s best but that depends on the size of the dust covers on 45s or 78s☝️Records are held in a vertical position. From my experience gained decades ago, this is ok for short-term display and storage/accessibility. It is always best to store record albums flat to avoid warping the vinyl. Please make sure you rotate your album collection to avoid the heartbreak I had back in the early 2000's of losing some valuable and much-loved 10", dub plates, flexi disks, colour, vinyl and shellac albums from the '30s all the way through to the '70s.[QUALITY] (5/5)[VALUE] (5/5)[EASE OF USE] (5/5)[MET EXPECTATIONS] (5/5)[PACKAGING] (5/5)[REVIEW REMARKS]Such a simple, functional, and attractive design! Great to place on top of a table, shelf display, in a cabinet, or, since they stack so easily, create a floor display. These units go together very quickly and are really sturdy but, since they are made of bamboo, they are lightweight. Each cube is a slightly bigger than a milkcrate. All the hardware is provided including the dowels necessary to stack two or more units if you decide to order more - which I think I will! There are grooves cut into the bottom supports to allow for the records to better "flip" when you are looking through them. These grooves also help keep the records upright in the stand if you only have a few on display. I will caution though that these stands do keep the records in a vertical position. This is not the best way to store disks over time as they may warp. Horizontal is the safest storage in my opinion; however, the HomeBuddy Vinyl Record Storage unit will allow you to pack in your vinyl fairly tightly which will help to keep them straighter than storing them on a lean.As mentioned above, these units are great for displaying your vinyl collection just remember to rotate the collection regularly from the vertical stand to stacked horizontally to avoid the heartache of finding one of your favourite presses warped. In the event that experiences change or evolve, updates may be made to this review to address such developments.

HomeBuddy Vinyl Record Storage - 75 LPs Vinyl Record Holder, Record Player Stand with Vinyl Storage, Wood Crates for Vinyl Holder, Wooden Crates, Record Stand with Storage, Record Shelves, Shelf UnitI'm a KALLAX ikea shelf user. Does this trump that? Sadly no. I said it. Why? Because for 80$ you can get a 1x4 KALLAX shelving unit which holds around 4x more. This is 50$ and you get ONE ~50-70 vinyl storage. Whats better about this though is obviously the little notches on the bottom. But its not a full base. Just two birch(?) wood slats on the base while KALLAX is a full enclosed shelf. This unit is however, stackable but so is KALLAX. If you are into VINYL, then you know in no time, youre going to full out a single crate full easily. So its just not a sustainable thing to keep buying these expensive shelves.OK that aside?1. easy to assemble. fairly solid feel no wobbles DONT tighten the bolts too much else the wood splits.2. great little notches on the base slats to keep vinyl from sliding3. ability to expand with predrilled notches to hold additional boxes4. styling is neutral. fits in any decor. but this is subjectiveSo is it a decent box? yes its OK. however i'm just not a fan of the price tag because at that price its not a sustainable option when you start getting into collecting.
