Arrived day 1 with rust, seller acknowledged due to ocean shipping but will not provide a paid return label. Also this does not support the weight advertised. Only buy it using for children or less than average sized adults. KnowIn advance you will NOT get your money back if dissatisfied, looks like back to retail stores is the way to go.

The chair is very well made, however the straps on the pad ripped off right away. Right now we have the chair out, but have put the cushion away until we figure out a plan to keep it on the chair.

Needed something for my small rooftop deck that provided a place to relax and read but also extra seating for entertaining. I love this chaise! Arrived quickly and assembly was fairly easy to do myself.

Fairly easy to put together. 4 out 5 for comfort. Look nice. The auto back adjuster is a nice feature, we shall see how it holds up to the weather. Only con - be careful of the black plastic base foot holders - we have shell white tile on our pool deck and if you drag the chaise it will leave black marks on the tiles. I will update once we have had them outside for the summer and see how they hold up.
