To the mom here searching high and low for a toddler/family/pet friendly couch on a budget. This is it!! All pillow covers and seat cushions come off and can be washed. I love this couch! Two under two here and I can take a wet rag and wipe off those toddler messes!Perfect size, isn't a deep couch but some how is perfect! Seems firm but melts away the aches and pains from the day. Had the best nap on this couch!Take it from me I searched high and low this is it if you are wanting a modular but not the $3000 price. Also instead of a L shape we put the two loveseat pieces together and made one long couch!(Pictures don't do the color of the couch justice...mine is the dark blue..looks like a rich deep navy blue in person)

Excellent couch! Firm, but comfortable with plenty of room to sprawl out or host guests. Really easy to put together as well!

I have mixed feelings about this couch.*disclosure*I don’t like putting couch feet on as “kid crumbs” get under the couch so I usually opt to have the couch sit directly on the ground. That is not an option with this couch as the extra height from the couch feet are needed in order for the pull out to work and function. So don’t do what I initially did and don’t skip the step on putting the couch feet on. It’s not optional for this couch.Likes:Material & Color: as expected. Color was true to what was advertised. The material is soft and exactly what I expected.It was also fairly easy to put together.Customer service. Customer service with this company is amazing. Fed ex had dropped our packages off in the rain even tho there was an overhang 1 foot away that would have kept it dry. Their customer service team was amazing at offering solutions to compensate/replace damaged items.Dislikes:Ease of cleaning.I was silly (my own fault) and didn’t research better the ability to clean this couch before purchase. If you have pets or children it makes it difficult as some of the cushions can not be removed and are fixed to the couch. Only 3 of the 7 cushions are removeable. That means spills crumbs and kid goo are very difficult to keep clean.Firmness. I was honestly expecting it to be a little softer but it is a more firm couch if u like that sort of thing. Blankets and throw pillows definitely help and are needed in my opinion with this couch.Backrest: if you remove the back cushion there is a very large wooden price that sticks out in the mid back section. The design is worrisome because if ever the cushion is removed or if the cushions wear down over time there is potential for injury or severe discomfort.

This couch came in 5 large boxes. The instructions were easy to follow and I assembled it myself in a couple of hours. The couch is comfortable and easy to stretch out on, especially when expanded with the bed pull out. The storage in the chaise is fantastic too!

I really wanted to like this sectional. It looks good and I loved the pull out sleeper feature because is allows everyone to put their feet up. However my biggest complaint is that it is too firm. I usually don't mind firm furniture because I feel it would prevent dips in the cushions. However, after sitting on the couch for a while your butt go numb! It's a total deal breaker and I'm looking into returning it.

Overview: Beautiful couch, fabric is very soft. Came in 5 boxes. We got everything the same day and no missing pieces or anything. The company did send all tracking numbers since Amazon only lists the one.Installation: Didn’t come with instructions but it’s very easy to put together. 3 of us got it together in about 30 min. I would suggest at least having one person to help line up the brackets.Comfort and Storage: The cushions are extremely firm. The packaging stated it takes 48 hours for them to fluff up but most weren’t vacuum sealed or anything. The storage aspect is very nice. Can keep blankets and snack trays and all sorts in there.Notes:* The only drawback is the pull out part is tricky to get out. Goes back in smooth but getting it out is hard.* Also the only part you can rearrange is the pull out. The chaise will be on the left if you are sitting on the couch and you can’t change that. Something to keep in mind.Overall this couch is beautiful and a great value and size for the price, we got in on sale and we couldn’t be happier. Very few cons. I just wish the cushions were less firm. But I think with time and wear they will get more soft I’m hoping. Would buy again.

Shipping was quick, customer service was super responsive when I had to reach out after only getting 2 of the 5 boxes. They provided me all 5 tracking numbers within hours since Amazon only shared one. Fairly easy to assemble, heavy, sturdy. I love how much room it has when pulled out.The cushions themselves are rather small. I’m 5’3” and my feet hit the end of the chaise, and the back rest hits a couple inches below my shoulders. The back rest pillows are soft, but the cushion seats are EXTREMELY firm - almost plywood like. Hoping they soften up a bit with time.

It comes in a total of five boxes. Fast shipping and delivery! Amazon gives you one tracking number but the sellers will contact you and send you all five so that you can track every package! I ordered it and within two days I had four out of the five boxes, the forth box arrived the day after! The boxes are HUGE, but it’s all put together just have to hook them together and put on cushions, so therefore super easy to assemble. It’s firm but still comfortable, it’s just the right size not too big not too small! Overall it’s a great investment!
